Ask Klinbi and OpenAI

Ask Klinbi first attempts to locate relevant information published in the Klinbi Library. When a local result is available, your search can be handled by Klinbi without sending the question to an AI model.

If relevant Klinbi content is not found, your question may be sent securely to OpenAI through its API so that an AI-generated answer can be returned. Technical information needed for security and rate limiting may also be processed by Klinbi.

Klinbi has opted to share eligible Ask Klinbi inputs and outputs with OpenAI. OpenAI may use shared questions and responses to evaluate, develop, improve, or train its services and models under OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy practices. This sharing applies only to eligible traffic sent after the setting was enabled for the Ask Klinbi project.

Important: Do not enter personal, confidential, financial, medical, account, authentication, or other sensitive information into Ask Klinbi. AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace qualified professional advice.

Cookies and analytics

Klinbi and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, operate forms, protect the website, understand traffic, measure performance, and improve the user experience.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the website. Google may process device, browser, approximate-location, and usage information according to its own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser and may use Google's available opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect certain website features.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is not a single universally accepted standard for these signals, Klinbi does not currently respond to them in a standardized way. You may still use browser privacy controls, cookie controls, and available provider opt-outs.
